Please consider this an invitation to participate in this month's
Critical Mass Ride. They used to say that when something is done
twice in a row it becomes a 'tradition' and three times in a row makes
it set in stone. Please help us set this tradition in stone by joining
us THIS FRIDAY (31st) for Macomb's 3rd monthly Critical-Mass Ride.
The critical mass is a monthly ride to celebrate bicycling and assert
cyclists' right to the road. We meet at 5:30 pm next to the fountain
in Chandler park (downtown Macomb). We ride as a single group for about
30 minutes around Macomb on the city streets. The leisurely pace (abt 7 mph)
and reasonable distance (3 to 4 miles), make this a community ride that
riders of all ages, bike-styles, and abilities can enjoy.
We will have daylight for the entire ride this month - sunset is around 6:26 pm.
