  Dear LIB members in State Senator John Sullivan’s district,
   
  We need only two minutes of your time.  State Senate Bill 80 is our bill clarifying three aspects of traffic law relating to bikes.  A summary is at http://www.bikelib.org/political_state/bikelawproposal_sb80.pdf
   
  Sen. Sullivan is on the committee hearing the bill. Phone calls from constituents are needed before Saturday.  Please call his office at 217-222-2295, leaving a message asking him to vote Yes on Senate Bill 80.  And please e-mail me, so I know we get at least 3-4 calls in.
