[Macomb-Cycling] Ride Today

We are riding today, too. In Florida. We arrived the
10th, have  a nice park model trailer rented for 2
months, and have enjoyed seeing all our "old" friends.
We usually walk w/ a group at 8 am, then I like to do
the water aerobics (w/ about 15 other gals) at 10:00,
and then we have been biking some. Yesterday we drove
up to a 7 mi loop park and rode 3 times around, rode
out for eats, then another loop. Jess has been on a
diet since the 1st and has lost 13 lbs as of today. So
maybe we can both leave some of our fall/Xmas lbs in
Fl. Have a good ride. Dress warm, Doris
