[Macomb-Cycling] Better than the Olympics, August 17 Time Trial

Did you miss the Olympic Time Trial?

No problem---an even better one at Fountain Green this Sunday.



What:          Informal Time Trial, Sunday, August 17, 2008
Location:    Fountain Green Park, north side of City of Fountain Green  [ about 18 miles west of Macomb]
Time:          Meet at 7:45am at the park; leave park at 8:00am
Distance:   20K [approx. 12.5 miles]
Course:     Out and back, west to east to west. Fairly flat, with 3 or 4 slightly rolling hills [same roads as recent 10 mile TT].

We will probably do a short optional ride after the TT.

Everybody welcome. No special equipment needed. Not a group race, but an opportunity to test yourself.  Bring a friend.

Self timed, so bring a watch or use your bike computer.


Metals [remember, this is Fountain Green] for all high places in each category
