[Macomb-Cycling] cyclist hit in Macomb this weekend

I would go even further and suggest that police should be required to 
ride around Macomb on a bicycle without their uniform on to get a feel 
for the problems cyclists have with traffic and poor, inattentive, and 
obnoxious drivers.
