Dear LIB member in/near Macomb,

 

In case you hadn't heard, LIB is holding a bike safety seminar in Macomb,
Tues. March 24, 7:30-9:00 pm, at Edison School, 521 S. Pearl St.  We hope
you can attend - and invite any adults who teach kids about bike safety,
including police/fire/hospital safety officers, teachers, scout leaders, and
parents.  While we have sent mailings and advertised, contacts from local
cyclists are more effective in getting the right people there.

 

LIB's Donnie Miller is presenting this free seminar in 40 locations around
the state.  Early reviews have been very good.  Attendees have learned much
about proper bicycling techniques, allowing them to better teach children
through the years.  Also, a summary is given on organizing a bike rodeo.
