[DiscGolf] Doubles tournament

Ryan,

Thanks for the offer.  We only have 10 minutes at the meeting on Tuesday,
so I'm not planning on using visual aids.  If the board wants additional
public comment before proceeding, we'll probably hold a separate public
meeting where we could use the powerpoint presentation.

I suspect that will not be necessary if we can demonstrate to
the park board that the DG courses:

	1. will benefit the parks/community overall
	2. isn't going to cost them a lot of money for development or
		maintenance
	3. will get widely used
	4. will not adversely affect other park uses

To me, that's an easy sell.
